Peru Chanchamayo

Peru Chanchamayo is grown high in the high green mountain valley of Chanchamayo, the principal growing area of north central Peru. Moderately acidic with a soft body and flavor, this coffee bean is ideal as a blending coffee and makes for an excellent evening brew. It has a slightly nutty flavor quality to it, much like other South and Central American coffees, softer, but yet it has the brightness of a Central American coffee, but with a rustic accent
