Roasting Time : 10 -15 minutes
Materials provided with machine:
- Installation, User, Maintenence Manual
- Standard Laptop Computer
- Profile system installation CD. The program offers unlimited temperature and roasting time profiles to be stored. Profiles are then used with automatic roasting system.
- Chaff Collector
- Drum adjustment tool
- Cooling tray cleaning tool
- Electric panel compatible to all international needs ( CE – UL – GS )
How the Automated PLC Controlled roasting system operates:
According to the roasting program:
1. The coffee roasting machine drops green beans into the Drum
from the Hopper automatically. For automatic loading into the Hopper - customer must request a loader option.
2. After roasting process finishes the roasted beans are dumped into the
cooling tray automaticaly ( with pneumatic piston )
3. The roasted coffee is cooled down in the cooling tray.
4. An alarm sounds to let the user know the beans are completely cooled.
5. Continous roasting. Once the first roast is dispensed into the cooling tray,the second batch is then loaded to roast in the Drum.
6. A water spraying system is an option to add to the inside the drum.
